A E (they/them) is a values-driven leader with a decade of experience weaving equity, care, and strategy into the fabric of organizations. With a background that spans hospitality, nonprofit leadership, mutual aid organizing, and documentary filmmaking, they’re known for building people-centered systems grounded in clarity, accountability, and a deep belief in collective care.

Their work often lives at the intersection of care and resistance, using organizing and storytelling to disrupt dominant narratives and center those too often left out. They live on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, in what’s now called Hamilton, where parenting, gardening, and building a slower, more intentional life keeps them rooted in the everyday.
