Matthew joined Climate Action Network Canada in 2023, after several years as a financial auditor and accountant at public firms. While obtaining his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, Matthew developed a passion for working with the non-profit sector.
Matthew is currently nearing completion of the Master’s of Education program, with a focus in Leadership and Policy, at the University of Ottawa. Combined with his experience auditing non-profit organizations, Matthew welcomes opportunities to educate and advise CAN-Rac’s members and allies with their financial administrative needs.
In ongoing efforts to reinforce work-life balance, Matthew enjoys travel planning, hiking in all-terrains, and board games.
