Federal

When it comes to investing in clean, renewable and energy efficient technologies in Canada, the government of Canada has fallen behind. Where most countries are building clean, renewable energy futures, the federal government in Canada has its head buried in the tar sands. The federal government has allowed its major programs that support renewable energy to run out of money, and instead of investing in the clean energy of our future the government continues to give well over one billion dollars in hand outs to big oil and gas companies each year.

Browse the Our Members section to visit organizations that are working hard to move Canada towards a clean energy future!
