0 Canadians have become sadly familiar with our country, or at least the government of Stephen Harper, being the skunk at the garden party when it comes to international gatherings on climate change. With Environment Minister Peter Kent all but announcing before he left for the latest summit in Durban, South Africa, that Canada intends to pull out of the Kyoto accord, it seems like déjà vu all over again.
