This document is a biography of the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Lisa Jackson.
Prior to this position Jackson was Commissioner of New Jersey’s department of EPA, where under this role was best known for her advocacy on reducing GHG and aggressively addressing pollution. Jackson also had 16 years of experience as an employee of the U.S. EPA prior to her role as Commissioner.
