Scenario brief- Canadian officials meet with Michael Froman

This document provides a scenario brief for a meeting with several Canadian Officials and Deputy National Security Adviser for International Economic Affairs, Michael Froman.  The meeting discusses commitments of the MEF (Major Economies Forum) countries to undertake technology action plans for such things as smart grids, wind and solar energies, advanced vehicles (which Canada had developed), and more.

Canadian officials also hoped to gain insight about issues such as US Congressional developments pertaining to climate change legislation and other opportunities for international engagement on climate change.
