Scenario brief- Canadian officials meet with Gary Doer and embassy officials

This document provides a scenario brief for a meeting with several Canadian Officials and Delegates with Gary Doer and other Canadian Embassy officials.  The meeting discusses collaboration between Canada and the US particularly in terms of the climate change and clean energy agenda as well as joint concerns, such as transboundary water issues such as Devil’s Lake or Pembina Road.
