Gary Mar’s testimony to the Senate Select Committee on Clean Energy in regards to Wisconsin’s Senate Bill 450 on climate change

This document displays how the Government of Alberta is interfering with climate legislation at the state level. Gary Mar’s purpose is to make sure any potential low carbon fuel standard legislation does not « discriminate » against tar sands oil. In other words, his purpose is to make sure progressive climate policy in states considering adopting a LCFS is weakened.
