News Conference with US and Canadian Environmental Leaders on November 8, 2005

On November 8, 2005, US and Canadian environmental NGO’s delivered the strong message to Prime Minister Paul Martin that, to be successful, the upcoming UN Conference on Climate Change must conclude with a decision to begin negotiations on how to achieve deep reductions in greenhouse gas emmissions, with or without the US.
